HOW DO I BRING MY ITEMS IN?
We ask that you bring your items freshly laundered in a bag, box, or basket without hangers. Bring the items in right to our front counter with your phone and a photo ID and we'll take it from there!
HOW LONG DOES IT TYPICALLY TAKE?
We work on a same day, first-come, first-served basis. The amount of time each buy takes may vary depending on how many items you and other customers bring in, but we will give you an estimated time quote when you drop off your items. When you check in your items, make sure to leave your phone number with us and we'll even send you a text when it's finished!
HOW MUCH WILL I GET PER ITEM?
Each item is priced based off of style, brand, and condition. After processing your items, we will give you a quote that you can decline or accept. We'll give you 30% of what we will be selling the items for (50-70% of the retail value) - and we'll give you CASH on the spot!
HOW MUCH CAN I BRING IN AT A TIME?
There is no limit to how many items you can bring! Whether it's one item or 10 bags of clothes, you can bring it all!
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
There is no appointment necessary when selling to us AND we are able to purchase items anytime we're open! We are open Monday-Saturday from 10am - 9pm and Sunday from 12pm - 6pm!
DO I NEED TO BE A CERTAIN AGE TO SELL?
There is no minimum age to sell, but we do ask that you bring in a photo ID of some sort. Any driver's license, school, work, or state ID is valid.
